An original cookbook concept called “Nourish”. This book focuses on seasonal, farm (or garden) to table recipes, based on a hypothetical restaurant called “Chickadee”. The book uses my aunt, Susan Mulvihill (who is a Master Gardener and garden columnist) as the hypothetical chef for the restaurant. The book includes recipes as well as a range of sustainable and organic gardening tips. Additional design work includes a logo and a menu for the restaurant.
